HOW TO REACH US:
Il Museo Civico D. Dal Lago dista circa 30 km da Vicenza ed è facilmente raggiungibile in macchina ed in autobus. The D. Dal Lago Civic Museum is about 30 km from Vicenza and is easy to reach both by car and by bus.
By Car
On the A4 motorway, take the exit of Montecchio Maggiore-Alte Ceccato
Follow Provincial Road 246 in the direction of Valdagno-Recoaro Terme.
You can park for a fee in Piazzale Schio (park A) or free of charge in the car park Foro Boario (park B).
Both these car parks are unattended.
By bus:

Bus route E01: VICENZA > Montecchio San Vitale > Valdagno > RECOARO.
By train:
From Vicenza station: take bus route E01.
OPENING HOURS:
- Saturday afternoon from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. (palaeontological section only).
- From Monday to Friday and on Sundays, reservations are necessary for schools and even small groups (including the archaeological section).

Admission to the museum is free.
