Dr. Marco Visonà of Valdagno donates to the Museum some special paintings made by his father Dario Visonà, a geologist and professor of Petrography at the University of Padua.

Within these paintings are neatly fixed some fossils of marine mollusks and sea urchins found by the professor in the Vicenza area between 1972 and 1975.

These are small but very well-preserved finds that testify to the fossil richness and variety of the area.

They can now be seen inside the multipurpose room on the ground floor of Palazzo Festari, a space used by the museum for educational activities, popular meetings and courses.
